This company was hired for a wedding rehearsal evening (28 person executive bus) to transport the wedding party from their beach house, to the wedding venue, then to the restaurant for the rehearsal dinner and back. They didn’t show up! They were paid 1500 dollars for the service and have yet to reimburse us for their lack of completing the contract. Totally unreliable company.

Keith was a huge help and saved my wedding day! The original shuttle company I booked cancelled on me the morning of my wedding. I was relying on the shuttle to transport 50 of my guests to and from the venue and after party so that made my wedding morning extremely stressful. I got in contact with Keith around 11am and we had everything booked by noon. Not only did Keith come in clutch getting us to the wedding, he managed to get the big coach bus from Norfolk in time to fit a much larger group at the end of the night to ensure everyone got home safely. If it wasn't for Keith, our wedding day would have gone south real quick. You're the man Keith!

HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend!! We rented a sprinter limo for a bachelorette party and it was so much fun!! Keith was very easy to work with and saved us when the OBX party bus cancelled on us with only three days notice. The inside of the limo was very nice with a built in cooler, great sound system, and lights. We had such an amazing night and would definitely recommend Keith for a bachelorette party or other fun event!!

Island Limo (& honorable mention to Gold Starr Transport) was OUTSTANDING. My organization recently had a large retreat in the outer banks (over 110 people). Our resort was a solid 2 hours from the nearest airport and Island Limo handled our transport flawlessly. We had SO many changes with flight delays, emergencies, and other reasons, and Island Limo did not miss a step. We even had last minute changes that were handled by Keith and his team immediately. Keith was extremely patient and very accommodating. Every shuttle we booked (we booked over 20 shuttles to and from the airport) was on time, and the drivers were personable and very friendly. They have shuttles of all sizes and this was such a gamechanger - especially when you have large and small groups arriving at different times. I had so many comments from employees about how awesome the drivers were! Without Island Limo and Keith there is no way we would have been able to pull off our 4 day retreat in the Outer Banks. I cannot recommend Island Limo more if you are ever in need of a ride anywhere near the Outer Banks. They were so flexible with our large group. Gold Starr also worked with Island Limo to accommodate our group, but Keith managed everything tremendously. HUGE thank you to this group!
