This hotel is amazing and in a perfect location for the beach. It appears to be very newly remodeled & has made for a nice stay. The walk to the beach is up a small ramp access and then directly on the beach. The pool is not open right now for our stay but it looks nice enough for a beach pool and it will be nice seating area. We have a couple of more days but I wanted to go ahead and share so others could see updated photos since all I could find was old photos of the previous brand hotel it was before it became a Hilton and they redid everything amazingly. Also if you want some great pizza and ice cream check out American Pie which is close by. The breakfast is quick and easy and for once at a hotel the coffee actually tastes good which is a bonus!!! Do not forget to go outside and see the sunrise. This has been a wonderful place to stay.

Arrived to a room with tile floor covered in water. Both my kids slipped on the floor and fell while I went to get towels to put down. The employees there are great though. They are doing their best to help everyone while the building has a menagerie of reasons that it shouldn’t be open, from a building code perspective. A very gracious employee moved us to a room with a dry floor. The rugs in the lobby are a tripping hazard. The elevator is broken. The pool is closed. The laundry machines don’t work. The breakfast is basically cereal or bagels. There are after market locks on panic bar exit doors. Hilton should be ashamed to be associated with this property.

Do not stay here! The price point for this hotel is absolutely absurd considering all the issues. Ill start with the room insulation...i can hear the entire conversation from the room next door at all times no matter how quiet they are. The doors slam so hard they shake the room and woke me up at 7am today. Couldnt go back to sleep because the noises never stop. No elevator in the hotel. Pool isnt working due to permits. Night manager walked right past us as we were standing at the desk waiting for a toothbrush and went to the back without saying a word and never reappeared. Then i came back an hour later and there was a sign at the desk stating theyve stepped away. Certainly my first time experiencing that. When i arrived, the tv wasnt working so we were upset about that just to investigate and the cable box and tv were both unplugged. I had to move the dresser just to watch tv. The shower curtain has fold marks as if it came straight from the factory box with whatever chemicals and dirt may be on it. The towels smell new and unwashed. The toilet paper was on the holder while still in the tissue paper covering. The bathrooms dont have exhaust fans. The "free" breakfast is literally hard boiled eggs, stale bagels and coffee. Thats it. All-in-all we should have never paid this price for this hotel and certainly wont do it again.

Not ADA friendly. I repeat that again. There is NO WORKING ELEVATOR. The pool is down for the season due to permit issues. The room had dirty sheets and smelled like mold with large spots of condensation everywhere. I get this is a beach property but the smell of mold is worrisome. The hallways are very loud, with slamming doors. The breakfast is just a continental at best, no meats, eggs, etc. The front desk Abel G. And the women upon check in seemed bothered by any questions. Not even giving eye contact. When I asked why our room was on the 3rd floor with no elevators, I was told they moved everyone but maybe left some people. I went to ask Abel when the elevator will be repaired to which he hastily answered he doesn’t have an answer. I proceeded to ask how this is an ADA friendly hotel (Disabled combat Veteran with 2 current herniated disc in L5 and S1, stairs hurt!) He said we put whoever is “disabled” on the first floor and then proceeded to be even more rude than the first interaction. The kitchen employee who sat in the dark room just staring at people not speaking or greeting anyone was also very uncomfortable. Such a great location but lacking many simple Hilton core values. Atrocious customer service, and no elevator with 3 floors? Advertise that prior to check in! We ended up checking out a whole day early and driving back home due to this terrible stay.

Stayed 3 nights july 21 through july 23 room 244. I dont normally write reviews but felt this was needed for all to see. First was totally fine paying total of 900 for 3 nights, but was not ok that had no elevator and had a fanily of four using stairs. Then find a great pool outside and got all the kids ready to go in but nope pool is closed and will not reopen for the season due to permits with city said the front desk you will have no way to wash sand off from the beach. 3rd not 1 time did i ever get house keeping to take trash nor any new towels i had to take my own trash out and go to front desk for new towels. Not trying to pile on at all but they really really need to adjust the doors because they slam shut hard enough they shake the next room over very hard to sleep.I would not recomend this hotel at over 250 a night more like a 150 a night until they fix the issues they promote on trip advisor. Days inn next door would probably be better for the money. Not happy with spending what i did for what i got. Oh also dont expect any washer or dryer none present on 2nd floor where i stayed also another false advertisement and let down.
