These timeshares are great, affordable, walking distance from the ocean. There are 3 pools, mini golf course, basketball, corn hole, tennis and pickle ball courts, volleyball. Library, gym, arcade in the rec room. The condos themselves have been upgraded recently. King size bed in the Main Suite and 2 twins in the other bedroom, 2 bathrooms. A hide-away bed in the living room and a large family, cozy couch. Everything you need in the kitchen, 3 t.v.s., and a plenty of places to eat. The staff are great and keep families busy with a schedule of fun crafts, games, and treats each day. Also, putters, basketballs, floating, and other items can be checked out for the day at no extra cost. Very family oriented vacation spot. Something for all ages.
Had a very relaxing few days at Sea Scape. Wish it was a little closer to the beach, but it was still very centrally located to a lot that OBX has to offer. Condo was very clean and well stocked.
We had a unit in one of the buildings at the end. It was so peaceful to sit out on the balcony in the early morning with my coffee.
Last but not least, the staff was always so nice and friendly. We would love to go back to Sea Scape again in the future.
A little out dated, but plenty of room for privacy for 3 to 5 people. 2 full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and living room area. 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor and a small fitness area
We had an issue with some people staying close to our room, the problem was resolved very quickly and professionally. We highly recommend!
This may not seem like a five-star place, but it was to us. The rooms were spacious, although we had hoped for two separate bedrooms --we booked through bookings.com, which somewhat misleadingly said two beds and it was actually a bed that you pulled down in the living room. But my teenage daughter liked it anyway but would have preferred more privacy. But other than that it was well equipped, clean, comfortable. One minor quibble was that they have those old fashioned blinds that go from the ceiling to the floor instead of actual curtains, but I understand they are replacing those across the different units eventually.
They have a great indoor pool area and jacuzzi and clean bathroom facilities and game room and library and outside pool and so many things. They have a great location. The resort is gated.
The people who staff it are amazing. They were so helpful. We had an emergency happen during our stay and one staff member,Tyler, stayed with me the entire time, and coordinated with all the other staff to help me. They were sympathetic and kind at a time when I really needed support and I will be eternally grateful for their help. Stellar work, Tyler and team! Thanks for being there when I needed you!
One small note is that our first floor unit was not accessible because there were three stairs. There may be accessible units elsewhere. I don't know.
We have friends who own units there and have been going there all their lives and really enjoy it.
Would recommend Sea Scape to anyone wanting a family-friendly, reasonable place to stay, a short drive from a beautiful beach and many good restaurants. We loved it and I would definitely stay again. Thank you Sea Scape!
