Cannot say enough about this amazing hidden gem. We stayed in efficiency 3A and it was so cute, cozy and comfortable. The kitchen and supplies were great for helping us to save money by making our own breakfast and lunches, and the market is right there. They really do have everything you need. Ms. Renee, the owner, was always around and made us feel so welcome asking if everything was ok. We were shocked that the beach really is right there with how affordable it was also. Jeanette’s Pier is right next door, and we saw phenomenal sunrises. Cahoon’s is on the private beach side so it doesn’t get too crowded. There were quite a few restaurants and shops in walking distance which was really nice, the outlet mall is right there too, just across on the Sound side. We can’t wait to come back!!

We spent the week in cottage 7 which is oceanfront. You cannot beat the view. The house was immaculately cleaned and provided everything we needed for the week. The market on site is top-notch... If you stay here you must have one of their deli sandwiches, you won't be disappointed. We will definitely be back annually

We stayed 3 nights recently and we were very happy with our cottage. We were only 100 meters from the beach with a nice perch to sit and watch the sunrise. The cottage came with everything you’ll need to cook and eat. Plenty of dishes to include coffee cups, wine glasses and even martini glasses. Biggest thing was how clean it was, I’ve been with my wife for 12 years and she’s never been impressed by the cleanliness of ANYWHERE we’ve stayed. My only knock was the door doesn’t have a deadbolt and I’m a weirdo about locking my stuff up.

Best place to stay in the Outer Banks! Cottages are always clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need! Location and price cannot be beat! We love Cahoons and look forward to our time here every summer!

My husband and I have stayed here for the past 2 years and have absolutely been treated like gold. The staff has gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The cottage is spotless and the linen service is impeccable. If possible, we will make it a point to stay here every year. Thank you Renee for your wonderful hospitality!!
