Paradise Golf & Arcade sits right on Croatan Highway in Kill Devil Hills, part of the steady strip of beach-town businesses along the Beach Road corridor. As the name suggests, it's a mini golf and arcade stop — the kind of low-key, kid-friendly spot families pull into after a day on the sand when everyone needs something to do that isn't the beach.

The doors open early and stay open late, running daily from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. — plenty of room to fit in a round in the afternoon or a stop after dinner. Its location on N Croatan Hwy puts it within a short drive of most Kill Devil Hills and Nags Head rentals, right along the main corridor that runs the length of the northern Outer Banks beach towns.

We popped in at the end of our trip to kill some time before the airport and it did not disappoint! It was fairly empty at midday on Sunday which made navigating everything a breeze. The kids loved the go karts, and the owner happened to pass by and insisted they go again since they had so much fun. We talked for a bit afterwards and it’s clear that this is a family run establishment that is cared for. The owner was so kind and was so glad the kids were having such a good time. It’s a great place for younger kids to spend a couple hours playing and enjoying themselves. Thank you again!

Paradise Golf & Arcade was such a fun stop for our family! Our boys had an absolute blast playing mini golf, racing the go-karts, driving the bumper cars, and spending time in the arcade. There was so much to do that they stayed entertained the whole time. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and everything was well organized. It was the perfect place for a fun family outing, and seeing our boys smiling and having such a great time made it even better. We highly recommend Paradise Golf & Arcade and will definitely be back the next time we're in the Outer Banks!

I hadn't played putt putt in probably 15 years but we had a blast! It was affordable and very fun. The course was interactive, well-lit, and we loved the animals. My boyfriend suggested doing this activity and I'm so glad he did.

Me, my girlfriend and little brother had a blast here! It was reasonably priced and a great mini golf course. Would most definitely recommend. They even had some other attractions such as bumper cars and a small fair type ride for little ones. Great place and had an amazing time!

Went here for the go karts, and they were great, quick, electric, the track was fantastic with good amount of turns and room for passing. The employees were nice. Didn't try the golf course but looked well kept and fun. The arcade was on the small side though, and was pretty busy. The go-karts were $15 a person for a single rider, and height limit for that is 56 inches tall.
