We visited Beachside Bistro recently and overall it was an okayish experience for us.
The food was good, but not everything stood out. The sides that came with the entrée were not really up to the mark and felt a bit average. But the fries were actually really good, crispy and tasty, probably the best part of the meal.
I tried the crispy chicken sandwich and honestly felt like the chicken was not as tender as I expected. It was fine, but could have been softer and juicier. The veggie sandwich, on the other hand, tasted really good and had nice flavor.
One thing I want to mention is about the ambience and view. In the pictures, it looks like there is a clear ocean view, but when we visited, the sand dune was blocking most of the view. So it was not exactly what we expected. The ambience overall was okayish.
The place is a bit on the expensive side for what you get, but the hospitality was pretty good. The staff were polite and welcoming, which made the experience better.
Overall, it was a decent experience. Good food in some parts, average in some, but still a nice place to try once.
Made a quick stop for brunch on way home from vacation. Selected it because it was beside the beach and we could bring dogs on the patio. Pleasantly surprise that the food was fantastic and filling! Totally enjoyed our last ocean breeze as we enjoyed our meal at this cute little patio bistro. Would definitely go back!!
The dishes were hit and miss. The one person who had the shrimp and grits enjoyed the flavors. The two who ordered the country fried steak also enjoyed that dish, but the two who ordered the banana nut bread french toast, only ate a few bites. Too flavorless and dry. One order of cheese on scrambled eggs came out as cheese grits. When I paid the bill with cash, I only got the pre receipt, not the receipt as requested. View was nice, but the flies biting our ankles was horrific. The waitress said she told management. It's too bad they don't serve lunch until 12:30. We arrived at 11 and expected brunch.
AMAZING! The food was impeccably great and came out relatively fast. The service was amazing and very accommodating, Emre was a great server and gave us a sample of their great mango beer before we bought 4 more cups.
We came here for breakfast. The food was reasonably priced, the waitress was fun and great with my kid. The food tasted great and the presentation was excellent. Couldn’t really ask for more. Would absolutely go again.
