Talk about a true hole in the wall restaurant. This place did not disappoint at all. I think I had the best breakfast ever. Or at least in a long time. Lol. This place is small but wonderful, service is fast. Had the Greek omelet, they toast the buttermilk biscuits, potatoes with onions, homemade gravy, the grits, just amazing. I have had lots of grits in my life, these were soft, creamy, hint of sweet corn, just all around great. Coffee cup never went empty. Overall a 10 hole in the wall joint.

Very cool place to go. We would leave the beach stop have a drink and appetizer. The cream sickles ate amazing. The wings were awesome. Definitely cool vibes. Went back again, had the Prime Rib sandwich-excellent! The service was great ask for Beverly, Charlotte (Sunshine) or Kurt. Great place and atmosphere!

Stopped here for breakfast with my family while we were in vacation. I had the make your own omelet, my husband and daughter had the egg breakfast with a pancake and my other daughter had the French Toast. The service was good. The food was NOT hot and the coffee was bitter. We sat outside because there weren't seats inside, so I'm not sure if that's why our cups were Styrofoam and we ate with plasticware on not. The potatoes were spicy which I wasn't expecting. The pancake was delicious but the rest was pretty average.

Awesome food and atmosphere—just get here early! Pro tip: Get here early because they stop serving breakfast around 9:30 AM! The atmosphere is such a cool, vibey mix of seashore dining and classic diner style. The food is a bit pricey, but every single bite is completely worth it. Highly recommend checking this spot out!

Out of all the restaurants we tried on our trip to OBX, Art's Place was our favorite. While the menu looks relatively simple at first glance, every single dish is cooked to absolute perfection. Rather than rely on flashy ingredients and gimmicks, they stick to simple, fresh ingredients that are cooked perfectly. Highly reccommended.
