This is a new campground in Frisco. Everything was clean every day when I used the facilities. It’s a nice campground that will only get better. I really have no complaints. Definitely will be staying here again. See you next year.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We don’t have an RV, but we stopped by Frisco Oceanfront RV Resort to walk around, explore the property, and get a feel for the resort. We were very impressed with the beautiful oceanfront setting and the overall atmosphere. The location is absolutely beautiful, and it looks like a wonderful place for people who enjoy the beach, ocean views, and a relaxing getaway. Even though we were not staying as RV guests, we really enjoyed walking around and experiencing the property. Everything we saw gave us a very positive impression. The oceanfront location is definitely one of the highlights. If you are traveling with an RV and looking for an oceanfront place to stay on the Outer Banks, this resort is definitely worth checking out. We would love to come back in the future and experience it as actual guests. Highly recommended! 🌊🏖️❤️

This is a brand new campground. Great location. The campground managers are friendly and helpful. Very clean and well kept. Pool small but nice. Camp pads are millings but spacious. Awesome price for oceanfront camping. Definitely recommend trying now as it will be busy once people realize it is there.

AMAZING!! Words don’t do these cabins justice. My husband, our dogs and I spent a wonderful birthday trip here. At first we were not sure what we were going to expect but the cabins exceeded our expectations. It was modern, super clean, spacious bathroom, A/C worked great and to top it off, we were surprised to find a washer/dryer inside the cabin. Overall we did not need to bring anything besides our clothes, food and toiletries. The hosts, Amanda and Randy were super friendly, accommodating and overall made the entire stay a great experience. The resort is walking distance from the beach but if you want to drive your car, Ramp 49 is less than a 5min drive. I highly recommend Frisco Rod&Gun convenience store and Frisco Sandwish Co across the street from the resort. My husband and I are already planning our next stay :)

What a bargain! This place is half the price of the other parks on Hatteras Island and it is brand new. So new the grass hasn’t started growing yet…but who needs grass when you have the sand. We were two rows off of the beach and loved walking the beach in isolation in the mornings with my coffee. Out of three morning I saw less than 10 people at sunrise. We will be back before the Summer is out.
